Founded and started on a family-run heritage run of footwear product, the brothers Maico and Dennis Signore launched Diemme in 1992, inspired by their Italian family heritage with strong roots in hunting and military aesthetics. Highly notable of Diemme footwear is the extensive hand craftsmanship tied to the Montebelluna township of Veneto Italy, combining the pinnacle of technically sound and high performance footwear production with shoes and boots that fuse quality, as well as comfort.
Dennis first began working in a factory in 1983, at only 13 years of age, producing hunting boots. His passion and curiosity to produce shoes were ignited and inspired by his grandfather's body work work in the shoe industry for many years at one of the most famous historical Italian factories, Calzaturificio Rondini, and continued repairing shoes in his home throughout his life.
The gamut of Diemme Footwear extends from casual sneakers & lighter footwear to rugged, highly technical hunting and mountaineering boots that have been revamped for metropolitan-city function. Diemme's ethos has always been to predominantly be the curator for the highest quality footwear, showcasing forward- thinking, innovative designs that continuously push the envelope with sharply executed takes on classic footwear silhouettes.
